Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience to drive enterprise data quality initiatives within an MDM ecosystem. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and governing data quality solutions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of master data across systems.

Scope

Lead end-to-end data quality implementation using Informatica IDQ
Ensure data consistency and governance across source systems, MDM, and downstream platforms
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for IDQ
Collaborate with business, analytics, and data teams to embed data quality controls

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement data quality rules, validation, and cleansing mechanisms
Build and manage data quality scorecards and consistency checks
Develop ETL pipelines in IDQ for system integration
Implement data synchronization and quality controls
Monitor and optimize IDQ processes for performance and scalability




Troubleshoot data quality issues and workflow failures
Perform testing and validation after system upgrades and changes
Support deployment and workplace management (DEV/TEST/PROD)
Provide guidance, documentation, and training on IDQ best practices

Technical Skills Required

5+ years hands-on experience in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) (mandatory)
Strong expertise in data quality rule design, profiling, cleansing, and validation
Experience in ETL development using IDQ
Experience with Informatica MDM environments and integrations
Handson experience on IDMC will be preferred
Understanding of data governance, quality frameworks, and scorecards
Experience in multi-system data integration
Familiarity with deployment workflows and environment management
Exposure to Power BI or similar tools (preferred)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
