RK Swamy is looking to hire an accounts and finance skilled having experience in end-to-end accounts preferably in the service industry.

Location: Fort, Mumbai
Experience: 5 - 7 Years
Qualification: Graduate or PG in related fields

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, including preparation, issuance, and accounting of sales invoices, while ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions.
Handle the Accounts Payable function, including accounting of vendor invoices, processing payments, reconciliation of vendor accounts, and adjustment of employee/vendor advances.
Ensure accurate computation, deduction, accounting, and statutory compliance related to GST and TDS, along with supporting periodic filings and reconciliations.




Review and analyse trade payables on a regular basis, identify outstanding or overdue balances, coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for resolution, and recommend appropriate corrective actions to optimize payable management.
Perform periodic account reconciliations and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and statutory requirements.
