We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Operations Associate to work closely with the Founder and play a hands-on role in building and scaling the business.

This is a generalist role. You will work across marketing, growth, business development and operations, with significant ownership over projects and outcomes.

What you'll be responsible for:

Plan and execute paid and organic marketing campaigns
Manage and optimise Meta Ads and performance marketing initiatives
Drive lead generation through email marketing, outreach, campaigns and other channels
Build and strengthen lead pipelines and support lead conversion
Support business development and identify new growth opportunities




Develop and execute content marketing initiatives across platforms
Build and improve CRM systems, workflows, automations and SOPs
Ensure key operational processes run smoothly and identify opportunities to improve them
Track marketing and business performance and use data to improve outcomes
Explore AI, automation and technology to make the business more productive
Take ownership of projects from idea to execution to measurement
