Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Marketing Manager to build and lead a well-rounded marketing function that powers growth across all our product lines. You will act as the growth engine's compass—monitoring lead volume, lead quality, and funnel conversion ratios, and continuously tweaking marketing plans to ensure every product scales profitably. Rather than getting bogged down in day-to-day execution, your role is to own marketing strategy, empower your team, govern execution across marketing channels, and optimize overall business performance.

Core Responsibilities
Strategic Governance & Multi-Product Growth
• Growth Orchestration: Align marketing strategies across all course offerings, ensuring every product vertical receives balanced strategy, budget allocation, and creative support.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Oversee specialized channel leads (Performance, SEO, Content, Social, CRM, Community)



to ensure all channels work synchronously as a unified growth engine.
• Campaign Execution & SOPs: Set clear execution standards, campaign roadmaps, and SOPs to ensure team delivery matches timeline and quality benchmarks.
Performance Monitoring & Funnel Optimization
• End-to-End Analytics: Track core performance metrics daily—focusing on lead volume, lead quality, CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing ROI.
• Tactical Course Correction: Proactively spot dropping metrics or conversion bottlenecks across landing pages, ads, or funnels, tweaking plans and reallocating budgets to restore momentum.
• Sales Alignment: Partner closely with the Sales and Academic teams to evaluate lead quality, conversion ratios, and customer feedback to refine targeting and messaging.
