Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Creative Writer role based in Mumbai. The Senior Creative Writer will develop original concepts and scripts for ad films, TVCs, digital commercials, brand films, and campaign content in close collaboration with directors, producers, and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching brand narratives and audience insights,
crafting compelling storylines and dialogue, and adapting ideas for multiple formats and platforms. The role involves creating pitch decks and written treatments, refining copy based on feedback, and ensuring all written content aligns with brand strategy and visual storytelling. The Senior Creative Writer will also mentor junior writers, contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, and help maintain consistent tone and quality across projects.
Qualifications
Strong Writing and Creative Writing skills to craft engaging scripts, narratives, and brand stories.
Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Research to develop platform-appropriate content grounded in audience and market insights.
Excellent Communication skills for clear collaboration with clients, directors, producers, and internal teams.
