Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting real estate offerings that meet client requirements. The Business Development Specialist will conduct market research to understand local property trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, coordinating site visits, presenting suitable property options,



and supporting clients throughout the decision-making process. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate information, timely follow-up, and high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities
Generate and qualify potential clients through leads, referrals, networking, and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements, budgets, investment objectives, and property preferences.
Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries to generate sales opportunities.
Present suitable residential and commercial real estate options to prospective clients.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
Conduct regular follow-ups and move prospects through different stages of the sales funnel.
Coordinate and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
