Role Description The Maintenance Executive Electrical Mechanical is a full time, on-site role based in Palghar. This role is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure smooth, safe, and uninterrupted plant operations. Key activities include planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting routine inspections, identifying faults, and coordinating timely corrective actions.



The position involves collaborating with production and quality teams, maintaining accurate maintenance records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase equipment reliability. The role may also support equipment upgrades and modifications, as well as vendor coordination for spare parts and services.
Qualifications

Strong maintenance skills in industrial environments, including preventive and breakdown maintenance for mechanical and electrical equipment.
Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles applicable to manufacturing machinery, utilities, and material handling systems.
Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics.
Inspection skills for equipment health monitoring, root cause analysis, and safety compliance checks.
Understanding of automotive or similar rotating equipment, such as motors, gearboxes, and conveyors, used
