The Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take the wheel on our day-to-day business operations. In this role, you won't just be managing existing processes—you will be building them. You will get hands-on, high-impact experience scaling a brand from scratch, working directly with the founders to ensure our supply chain, logistics, and daily operations run flawlessly as we grow.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Supply Chain & Inventory: Oversee end-to-end inventory management, ensuring we are always stocked and ready to meet growing demand without over-leveraging capital.





Logistics & Fulfillment: Manage warehousing, packaging, and shipping partnerships to guarantee fast, cost-effective, and pristine deliveries to our customers.

Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, packaging suppliers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and build scalable, efficient systems from scratch to support rapid brand growth.

Quality Control: Ensure every Menaro product that leaves the facility meets our strict brand standards.

Who You Are (Requirements)

Experienced: You have proven experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics (experience in D2C, FMCG, or e-commerce is a massive plus).

A Builder: You thrive in unstructured environments and get excited about creating systems from scratch rather than just inheriting them.

Hands-on & Scrappy: You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves. You know
