Job Description – Compliance Executive

ecosystem, enabling seamless digital transactions and marketplace solutions. Our Finance &
Compliance team ensures that every operation is backed by robust statutory adherence and
audit-ready processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns).
• Preparation and submission of TDS returns (Form 24Q/26Q) and quarterly compliance
reports.
• Reconciliation of GST and TDS data with books of accounts.
• Responding to notices from tax authorities and coordinating for resolution.
• Assisting in statutory audits and internal compliance reviews.
• Maintaining documentation, trackers, and schedules for filings, payments, and due
dates.
• Supporting compliance processes related to digital transactions and e-commerce
operations.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce,
Accounting, or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in GST and TDS compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho).
• Strong understanding of Indian tax laws and filing portals.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in e-commerce and multi location businesses.
• Attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
