Hearsound Technology LLP is a growing provider of cutting-edge audiology equipment. We are expanding our sales presence across Karnataka and looking for a high-performing Field Sales Executive based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:
? Promote and sell audiological equipment to ENT clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals across Karnataka.
? Leverage your existing network and meet with doctors, purchase teams, and hospital administrators regularly to nurture and expand client relationships.
? Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
? Identify new business opportunities, follow up on enquiries, and close sales efficiently.
? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
? Coordinate with internal teams in Chennai for smooth order processing and delivery.




? Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights.

Requirements:
✔ Location: Based in Bengaluru with willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.
✔ Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in medical equipment field sales (ENT/audiology highly preferred).
✔ Established Network: Must have an existing, solid network of doctors, clinic owners, and hospital purchase teams across Karnataka.
✔ Languages: Fluency in Kannada and English is essential.
✔ Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Target-driven, self-motivated, and highly organized.
