Role Description The Team Leader Student Visa Counsellor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves overseeing a team of student visa counsellors, assigning and reviewing cases, and ensuring high-quality guidance for students seeking international education opportunities.



Daily responsibilities include counseling students and families on study destinations, visa requirements, and application procedures; assessing eligibility; and coordinating documentation for timely and accurate submissions. The Team Leader monitors case progress, handles complex or escalated queries, and collaborates with internal departments to align admissions, compliance, and client service standards. The role also includes training and mentoring team members, tracking performance metrics, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant visa regulations, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client experience.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising or mentoring counselling or customer service teams.
