ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced English Lecturer to deliver engaging instruction in English language and literature while developing students’ communication, analytical, and academic skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver engaging lectures in English language and literature.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor students and provide academic guidance.
• Develop students’ communication, writing, reading, and analytical skills.
• Maintain attendance, academic records, and assessment documentation.
• Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, workshops,



and college activities.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and academic initiatives.
• Support examination and evaluation activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & ELIGIBILITY
• M.A. in English from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong knowledge of English language and literature.
• Positive classroom management and student mentoring skills.
• Commitment to academic excellence and professional development.
