Responsibilities

Partner with business and technology leaders to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
Design and implement innovative talent management programs, focusing on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
Conduct comprehensive talent reviews and assessments, identifying skill gaps and areas for improvement.
Develop and execute enterprise-wide capability development plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure a seamless employee experience, from recruitment to retention.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and capability development.
Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management and capability development.
Represent the HR department in cross-functional projects and initiatives, advocating for talent-centric approaches.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a preference for a master's degree.
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role, with a focus on talent management and capability development.
Proven track record in leading and driving enterprise-wide talent initiatives, preferably in a fast-paced, innovative workplace.
