cKinetics is looking for a seasoned Engagement Manager who is passionate about the Sustainable Finance space and looking to lead a project and a team to create meaningful cutting-edge work.

The candidate would be part of the Sustainability Finance/ Climate Finance advisory practice, with a special focus on areas related to Green/Climate Finance and/or Sustainable and Responsible Investing. The Sustainability Finance team at cKinetics provides research and strategic advisory in the areas related to Sub National Climate Finance, ESG-related corporate risks /disclosures,



Climate Finance and cleantech investments to help build the business case for Sustainability by constructing models that capture financial flows and financial impact on businesses/investors.

Purpose of the position
An Engagement Manager will be responsible for overall Project Accountability and also support the practice business development efforts. An Engagement Manager at cKinetics is expected to lead in development of "insights" leading to value creation for the clients.

The candidate will be required to (i) develop deep insight of different drivers and constraints in the sustainable finance workspace to present the solution framework and (ii) manage end-to-end Project delivery including oversee different team members working on the concerned projects (iii) Guide the team members in undertaking primary and secondary research; as also formulate appropriate solution frameworks (iv) support practice leadership in crafting necessary collateral such as Whi
