About the Role
We are looking for an Analytics Engineer / Data Engineer to build a reliable, repeatable reporting and data pipeline layer for our business.
The goal is to move away from manually rebuilding reports every month and create a centralized metric and reporting layer where the same metric has the same definition, regardless of who is using it.
You will work with data from multiple enterprise systems, build repeatable ETL/data pipelines, establish standardized metric definitions, and make trusted data available through Tableau.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex operational data into well-structured, documented, and reusable data products.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain repeatable ETL/data pipelines from multiple enterprise systems.
Develop SQL-based data transformations against relational ERP and business systems.




Create a standardized metric/data layer with clearly defined business rules.
Automate scheduled data extracts and refresh processes using Python or PowerShell.
Prepare and maintain Tableau data sources for reporting and analytics.
Integrate data across systems to create consistent and reliable reporting.
Develop reporting datasets for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
Document data sources, transformation logic, metric definitions, and ownership.
Ensure documentation can be understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Identify inconsistencies in existing metrics and establish authoritative definitions.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
