? Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Sales Manager ? to join our hotel team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and managing sales leads ?, converting enquiries into bookings ?, building strong client relationships ?, and achieving revenue targets ?.
? Key Responsibilities
? Handle and follow up on sales leads, enquiries, and business opportunities received through phone, email, website, social media, and other channels.
? Convert qualified leads into room bookings, corporate contracts, events, conferences, weddings, and group bookings.
? Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and business partners.
? Prepare and send quotations, proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients.
? Conduct sales calls, client meetings, hotel visits,



and site inspections.
? Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
?️ Maintain an updated database of leads, clients, follow-ups, and sales activities.
? Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B;, Banquets, and Operations teams for smooth execution of confirmed business.
? Track lead conversion, sales performance, and revenue against monthly and annual targets.
? Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
? Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and promotional opportunities.
