Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, reach out to schools and educational institutions,



and present SuperTeacher’s programs and solutions to decision-makers. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, following up on prospects, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company policies. The role involves close collaboration with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and to maintain strong, long-term relationships. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, gather client feedback, and contribute to strategies that expand SuperTeacher’s presence in existing and new regions.
Qualifications
Proven skills in sales prospecting, lead generation, and deal closing, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
Solid client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and account management abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with comfort in addressing school leadership and educators.
