Hiring: Associate Art Director

We’re looking for an Associate Art Director who combines strong creative thinking, visual design, and the power of AI creative tools .

If you can turn a brief into a scroll-stopping social media post, Reel, or campaign concept , we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do
Conceptualise creative ideas for social media campaigns, posts, Reels and digital content Develop visual concepts, moodboards and creative directions Create static creatives, carousels, Reels and short-form videos Work closely with copy, social media and marketing teams Stay updated with emerging AI tools, social trends and visual formats Take ideas from concept to final execution

What we’re looking for

3–6 years of experience in art direction, graphic design, digital creative, or a similar role Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, typography, composition, and design Excellent creative conceptualisation skills Robust experience creating social media content and Reels Ability to independently execute a creative brief Tools you should know





AI Tools Midjourney Adobe Firefly Chat GPT Google Gemini Claude Other emerging AI creative tools
Design & Video Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Figma or other design tools Cap Cut / Da Vinci Resolve or other video editing tools
