Role Description The Sales Manager – Leisure Travel is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving sales and revenue for the leisure travel segment. Daily activities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with travel partners and individual clients, and promoting leisure packages and itineraries. The role involves preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating rates and contracts,



and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and inquiries. The Sales Manager will collaborate with operations and product teams to tailor travel offerings, monitor market trends, and contribute to pricing and promotional strategies. This position also includes setting and tracking sales targets, maintaining accurate sales reports, and representing Vibrant Experiences at client meetings, events, and industry forums.
Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in the travel sector.
Experience in client relationship management, with the ability to build long-term partnerships and deliver high-quality customer service.
Thorough knowledge of leisure travel products, international and domestic destinations, and itinerary planning, with valuable experience in outbound and domestic leisure tours.
