Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Bengaluru. A Senior Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels to drive brand growth,



customer acquisition, and business performance. The role requires leading multi-channel campaigns, performance marketing, media planning, regional and store marketing initiatives, and new store launches while managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders. The position also oversees campaign performance analysis, marketing operations, brand consistency, customer engagement, and lead generation, ensuring all marketing initiatives are aligned with organizational objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes. The Marketing Manager will also oversee agency and vendor relationships, support current store launches, and contribute to promotional strategies that highlight Royaloak’s “Affordable International Luxury” positioning.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
