Role Description The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the patient care floors to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-focused service delivery. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad involves coordinating patient flow, supervising front-line staff, monitoring adherence to clinical and administrative protocols, and resolving operational issues in real time.



The Floor Manager will work closely with medical and support teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service, while ensuring that patients and caregivers receive clear information and timely assistance. The role also includes tracking key performance indicators, addressing feedback, and supporting implementation of process improvements across the center.
Qualifications
Strong focus on Patient Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to manage patient and caregiver concerns promptly and empathetically.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated ability in Operations Management, including coordinating workflows, managing schedules, and ensuring adherence to procedures.
Experience in Training staff on service standards, operational protocols, and patient interaction best practices.
