Responsible for leading sales and business development initiatives across the Indian defence market, driving brand visibility and strategic growth. Accountable for achieving annual revenue targets, developing and managing key relationships with defence stakeholders, government agencies, while identifying emerging market opportunities and customer requirements.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Expand customer base and manage accounts in the domestic market & identify emerging markets that could be valuable to the business
Build a sound, sustainable and exponential growth business with a view to dominate the market
Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders
Liaise with customers to understand and evaluate their business needs and objectives
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
Identify selling possibilities and actively seek out recent sales opportunities
Achieve and exceed annual sales targets within the assigned accounts.
Build and maintain strong partner relationships & enable partner onboarding and manage partner sales
Understand the product and competition specific landscapes and market trends
Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of the customer accounts
Analyze pipeline and lead data and report to the management providing key business insights related to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, Win/Loss, Age etc.
Adhere to high-quality work standards.
Responsible for maintaining Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Vehere’s information assets including business critical information.
Skills and Experience:
Experienced Sales Executive with over 10 years of proven success in sales and domestic market development.
Experience in international markets selling Communications Intelligence and Cyber Security Systems to Defense & Intelligence Agencies.
