About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented Solution Architect with less than 10 years of experience who can bridge the gap between technology, delivery, and stakeholder expectations. This role requires broad knowledge of enterprise technologies and the ability to understand business requirements, identify challenges, design solution approaches, and drive successful execution.
The ideal candidate should possess robust stakeholder management skills, a solutioning mindset, and the ability to translate complex requirements into structured delivery plans. This role is best suited for professionals who began their careers in software development and evolved into architecture, consulting, solutioning,



or delivery-focused leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Understand business and technology requirements across domains such as Java Full Stack, SAP, Cloud, Enterprise Applications, and related technologies.
Assess project requirements and identify scope, dependencies, risks, gaps, and implementation challenges.
Work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, technical project managers, trainers, and business leaders to define strategic solution approaches.
Create structured execution plans, delivery roadmaps, resource allocation strategies, milestones, and governance mechanisms.
Drive stakeholder discussions and ensure alignment across business, delivery, and technology teams.
Visualize and manage the complete end-to-end delivery lifecycle from requirement analysis through execution.
Recommend practical and scalable solutions aligned with business goals and delivery constraints.
