We work with clients across ecommerce, igaming, manufacturing, design, health & wellness, healthcare, hospitality, and professional services, and we take a revenue-first approach to every engagement: strategy that connects to business outcomes, not just rankings.

We're also actively working in AI-era search, AIO, GEO, AEO, and we're looking for a strategist who's not just tracking those developments but thinking about how to apply them.

The engagement:
This is a freelance arrangement, project-based or monthly retainer, depending on scope and fit. You'll work directly with the founder across a portfolio of B2B clients, contributing to strategy, execution, and delivery. It's a collaborative working relationship, not a vendor agile.

What the work involves:
SEO strategy and execution across B2B & D2C client accounts
Keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap identification
On-page optimization: titles, metas, content briefs, internal linking
Translate data into insights that clients actually understand




Monthly performance tracking and reporting (GSC, GA4, ranking tools)
GBP optimization and management where applicable
Proactive flagging of issues and opportunities, not waiting to be asked

What we need from you:
3+ years of SEO experience with B2B clients or in a multi-client agency setting. Strong command of Ahrefs or SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4. The ability to write clearly; reports, briefs, and client updates all need to read well. Technical SEO fundamentals: you can run a crawl, understand what you find, and prioritize what to fix. And the ability to manage yourself, scope your own work, meet your own deadlines, and communicate early if anything shifts.

Engagement structure:
Remote. Flexible hours. Output-focused; we care about what's delivered, not how many hours it took. Compensation is project-based or monthly retainer; rate commensurate with experience.
