Role Description This is an internship role for a Sales and Marketing Management Trainee based on-site in New Delhi. The trainee will assist in promoting AEP’s event and wedding management programs, supporting sales outreach to prospective learners through calls, meetings, and online channels. Daily tasks include engaging with potential and existing learners, understanding their needs,



explaining course offerings, and maintaining records of interactions and leads. The role also involves supporting customer service activities, participating in marketing campaigns and events, and collaborating with trainers and management to enhance enrollment strategies and learner engagement.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and professional writing.
Customer Service and relationship-building skills to handle inquiries, provide guidance, and support learners.
Sales and Sales Management abilities to manage leads, follow up with prospects, and contribute to enrollment targets.
Interest or experience in Training and education-related activities, such as explaining program details or assisting in workshops.
Ability to work in office in New Delhi, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
Basic understanding of marketing principles; familiarity
