Role Overview We are seeking a senior leader to head Channel Sales & Marketing, responsible for driving partner-led revenue growth and building strong preference among channel partners.



This role requires a blend of sales leadership, marketing acumen, and operational excellence to build sustainable, scalable partner networks. Job Description Lead and mentor a large team to drive channel partner sales performance. Build and strengthen channel partner relationships, ensuring growth in number of active partners, site visits, and sales contribution. Design and implement a structured channel partner program focused on engagement, loyalty, and sales growth. Plan and execute an annual calendar of activities to drive revenue through channel partners, aligned with budgets and commission structures. Enhance brand consideration and preference among channel partners and their customers through consistent engagement and tracking brand metrics.
