About the Role

Lovely Professional University is looking for an experienced and dynamic Admissions Head – Corporate Outreach to lead corporate engagement, institutional partnerships, and admission-driven outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate relations, B2B engagement, admissions, business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation.

The role requires a strategic leader who can build a strong corporate ecosystem, identify current admission opportunities, develop long-term institutional relationships, and drive measurable enrolment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Corporate Outreach and Admissions function, developing strategies to achieve admission and enrolment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, industry leaders, MNCs, PSUs, professional bodies, associations,



and large organizations.
- Develop corporate partnerships that generate opportunities for student admissions, sponsored programmes, executive education, upskilling, and institutional collaborations.
- Identify and develop new corporate accounts and strategic business opportunities.
- Drive B2B outreach, corporate presentations, meetings, workshops, seminars, and engagement programmes to generate qualified admission leads.
- Establish a strong corporate referral and partnership network for sustained admissions growth.
- Develop customized engagement proposals based on corporate requirements and workforce needs.
- Work closely with senior management to formulate annual corporate outreach and admissions strategies.
- Set and monitor admission targets, lead-generation goals, conversion ratios, and revenue objectives.
