We are looking for a highly technical and strategic Technical Project Manager to drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of a critical product area. This role operates at the intersection of engineering, design, and business, translating high-level company objectives into detailed technical specifications, software requirements, and actionable user stories.

The ideal candidate is not just a product leader but a hands-on technical thinkercapable of deep-dive discussions, understanding architectural trade-offs, and bringing robust expertise across software development, AI, security, and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Planning

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across web and mobile platforms.

- Ensure alignment with broader business goals and cross-functional priorities.

Technical Documentation & Specifications

- Author clear, comprehensive technical specifications covering system architecture, data models, APIs, and integration points.

- Break down initiatives into detailed Software Requirements Documents (SRDs), Epics, and user stories with precise acceptance criteria.

Execution & Delivery

- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing feature development, platform improvements, and technical debt.

- Work closely with Web, Mobile, Backend Engineering, Design, Security, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution and product launches.

Data-Driven Product Decisions

- Define and monitor key product metrics.

- Leverage quantitative data and user feedback to guide product iterations.

AI & Security Leadership

- Advocate for AI/ML opportunities that enhance user value.

- Ensure security is embedded into every product decision and development process.

Technology Requirements & Must-Have Experience





Backend & APIs

- 5–6 years of experience with Python (Django/Flask) and Node.js

- Strong expertise in designing and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs

Frontend & Mobile

- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks, particularly React

- Experience with mobile development (iOS, Android, or cross-platform tools like React Native)

Data & AI/ML

- Experience working with data-heavy applications

- Practical understanding of AI/ML concepts and working knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)

- Experience integrating LLMs or ML models into production systems

Infrastructure & DevOps

- Strong understanding of cloud environments (preferably AWS)

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

Security

- Deep knowledge of application security, including OWASP Top 10, encryption standards, OAuth, JWT, and secure SDLC practices

Data Stores

- Hands-on experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) including schema design and performance tuning

Qualifications & Skills

- 5–6 years in Technical Product Management or related roles such as Product Owner, Solutions Architect, or Engineering Lead

- Proven success launching complex, scalable software products

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Expertise in writing technical specifications, SRDs, documentation, and user stories

- Strong understanding of AI/ML and a security-first development mindset

- Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and build alignment across teams

Bonus Points

- Experience with MLOps tools or pipelines

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Prior hands-on software development experience

- Certifications in AWS, Security (CISSP), or Product Management
