Role Responsibilities

- We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the Business Advisory team, based in Powai, partnering with the global IB team
- The individual will work closely with the EMEA regional stakeholder and Global IB CAO team. They will support the global requirements for IB business
- Publishing Management reports for Global IB Business heads, CEO s and CAO s with analysis of Daily, MTD YTD PL.
- Delivering on the ad hoc requests within the stringent timeliness and maintaining high level of accuracy.
- Constantly communicating with IB CAO team to assist them in accounting tracking IB revenue and pipelines details
- Analyse the trend of revenue numbers and make reports to enable senior management in preparation of Budgets.
- Doing UAT -Testing and giving sign off on the current developments requested in Business objects
- Strong SAP BusinessObjects 4.3 web intelligence skills, Expertise in developing and designing Webi Rich Client reports, Dashboards and managing ad hocs, managing yearly end rollover.
- Strong Excel skills (with prior experience using Advance Excel formulas, Power Query) and PowerPoint skills are critical.
- Strong Analytical and Situational Problem-solving skills
- Ability to present and explain workings in a clear and concise manner to a diverse audience




- Automation of processes using Power BI / VBA macros is an added advantage
- Ability to prioritize high volumes of deliverables across multiple disciplines working under pressure

Qualifications

- Corporate Title: Associate
- Experience: 5+ Years
- Qualification: MBA (Finance) or CA preferred

Domain

- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong SAP BusinessObjects 4.3 web intelligence skills, Expertise in developing and designing Webi Rich Client reports
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and regional counterparts at senior levels
- Strong financial management skills, budgets procedures and reporting
- Strong Analytical and Situational Problem-solving skills.
- Strong Advance Excel skills and PowerPoint skills are critical
- Ability to make informed decisions and assumptions to support decision making under time pressure and validate detailed analysis
- Good Knowledge of IBD products
- Is entrepreneurial and independent; a self-starter, takes ownership, exhibits integrity, initiative, robust motivation and attention to detail
