Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound customer calls related to banking, accounts, transactions, payments, and general queries.
2. Assist customers with account information, balance inquiries, payment status, and transaction-related concerns.
3. Resolve billing, payment, and account issues while ensuring accurate and timely solutions.
4. Follow US banking policies, compliance guidelines, and data-security procedures while handling sensitive customer information.
5. Maintain quality, productivity, CSAT, and call-handling KPIs while delivering professional customer service.

Compensation and work schedule:

Salary: Up to 51K CTC

5 Days Working





Rotational Shifts (US Process)

Rotational Week Offs

Eligibility criteria:

- 1 year of International Voice Process experience required
- Graduates & Undergraduates are eligible
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Comfortable with US Rotational Shifts
