Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach real estate agents, builders, and developers to generate new business.
- Present and sell digital marketing solutions, including social media marketing, lead generation, SEO, Google Ads, website development, and branding services.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
- Understand client marketing needs and recommend suitable packages.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track sales activities and maintain an updated CRM.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing,



advertising, or real estate services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Existing network of real estate agents and builders is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Preferable Real Estate Experience
- Stating Western Suburb

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience selling digital marketing services is a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
