Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Research target industries and companies (startups, SMEs, and enterprises) that are likely to need augmented technology staff, and build prioritised prospect lists.

2. Identify decision-makers such as CTOs, engineering managers, founders, and HR/talent leads, and gather accurate contact information.

4. Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria (need, budget, timeline, tech stack)



and log them accurately in the CRM.

5. Book discovery calls and meetings for the sales team, and hand over complete lead context so no information is lost.

6. Track and report weekly on pipeline metrics, including leads generated, responses, meetings booked, and conversion rates.

7. Monitor the staff-augmentation and IT-services market, including competitor activity and demand trends, to sharpen targeting.

8. Support the creation of simple outreach assets and messaging that position Zcodia's talent and delivery strengths.

9. Collaborate closely with the sales and delivery teams to keep messaging, capacity, and follow-up aligned.
