Position: Production Supervisor
- Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad
- Industry: Machine Manufacturing
- Salary: ₹3.72 - ₹4.80 LPA
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical
- Experience: 2-3 Years
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production and shop floor operations
- Achieve production targets as per schedule
- Manage manpower, productivity, quality, and safety
- Monitor fabrication, welding, sheet metal, and manufacturing activities
- Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, and Stores departments
- Maintain production reports and minimize material wastage
- Implement and sustain 5S and safety practices
- Ensure optimum machine utilization and operational efficiency

Required Skills:
Production Planning & Shop Floor Management
- Fabrication, Welding & Sheet Metal Manufacturing Knowledge
- Manpower Handling & Team Coordination
- Quality, Safety & Productivity Management




- Production Reporting & Wastage Control
