What You'll Do
- Understand client needs, goals, and expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Manage social media activities and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Track progress and ensure completion of tasks within deadlines.
- Communicate client feedback and requirements effectively.
- Maintain project updates and keep stakeholders informed.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, platform updates, and emerging opportunities relevant to client brands.
- Suggest content ideas and campaign opportunities based on current trends and audience behaviour.
- Take ownership of assigned accounts and ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in optimising social media strategies.

Who We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Organised, responsible, and proactive approach to work.




- Comfortable interacting with clients and managing follow-ups.
- Positive understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Awareness of current social media trends, reels, and digital marketing best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, CapCut, Canva, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other content creation platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with content calendars, reels creation, hashtag research, and basic analytics.
- Basic knowledge of paid campaigns and performance tracking is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills
- Very good communication skills.
- Copywriting and content ideation.
- Trend spotting and audience engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
