About VG Innfra

VG Innfra is a Delhi-NCR real estate developer with a delivered portfolio of projects across NCR, Goa, Jaipur, and Dehradun. We are building a strong on-ground broker and channel-partner network to take our projects to the market, and we are looking for a field-based executive to lead that outreach.

The Role

This is a field role. You will represent VG Innfra to real estate brokers across Delhi-NCR — visiting broker offices in person, introducing our projects, placing our brochures and proposal on their tables, and building an ongoing relationship so they actively promote our inventory. In short: you are the face that puts VG Innfra in front of the broker community and keeps that community warm.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit broker and real estate agent offices across assigned Delhi-NCR areas on a daily basis.




- Present VG Innfra's projects and channel-partner proposal to brokers clearly and confidently.
- Ensure VG Innfra's brochures and marketing collateral physically reach brokers' desks.
- Onboard brokers into VG Innfra's channel-partner community and keep an accurate, updated contact list.
- Maintain regular follow-up and relationship-building with onboarded brokers so they stay engaged and active.
- Collect and report market feedback from brokers — interest levels, objections, competitor activity.
- Coordinate broker site visits and hand off interested brokers/leads to the sales team promptly.
- Submit a simple daily activity report (offices visited, brokers met, brochures placed, follow-ups due).

What the Workload Looks Like

So there's no ambiguity later, here is what a normal week looks like:
- Full time, field-based, 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday).
- Expect to visit roughly 8-12 broker offices per working day
