Sunny Solar is a Visakhapatnam-based solar energy company providing residential and commercial solar installations. We're growing our team and looking for a driven Sales and Marketing Executive to help expand our customer base and strengthen our brand presence in the region.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate current leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels
- Follow up on enquiries generated through the website, CRM, and marketing campaigns
- Explain solar products, benefits, subsidies, and financing options to prospective customers
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information with clients
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility assessments
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Plan and execute local marketing activities (exhibitions, campaigns, promotional events)
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



and conversions in the CRM
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners
- Stay updated on solar subsidies, government schemes, and competitor offerings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing (experience in solar, real estate, or renewable energy industry is a plus)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Telugu and English
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits and site surveys
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Two-wheeler/vehicle preferred for local travel
