Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and hybrid environments. The role involves managing on-prem and cloud infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability. MSP or client-facing experience is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs)
- Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, GPO, and connectivity issues
- Handle server setup, patching, upgrades, and migrations
- Support Microsoft 365 and hybrid identity (Azure AD / Entra ID)
- Manage Hyper-V environments
- Monitor system health, performance, and backups (DR)
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve escalations (L2/L3)
- Support network, VPN, and firewall-related issues
- Maintain documentation and assist junior engineers

8+ years of experience in Windows, AD, networking, virtualization, and hybrid environments with strong troubleshooting and enterprise/MSP exposure.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
