Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Functional Leadership
- Lead solution design and implementation for Oracle Fusion Financials modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Fusion Tax




- Preferred expertise in:
- Intercompany Accounting
- Fusion Expenses
- Financial Reporting Center (FRC)
- Accounting Hub (desirable)- Drive requirement gathering workshops and translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Review and validate solution designs, configurations, and business process flows.
- Recommend industry best practices and Oracle standard functionalities.

Implementation & Delivery
- Lead multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and support engagements.
- Own the complete project lifecycle:
- Requirement Discovery
- Solution Design
- Configuration
- Testing
- Deployment
- Hypercare & Support
- Conduct client workshops, CRPs, fit-gap analysis, and solution demonstrations.
- Review Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and test scenarios.
- Manage UAT activities and support production rollouts.
