Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Technical Recruiter (Team Lead)



to drive our engineering and product hiring initiatives while mentoring a growing team of talent professionals. In this "player-coach" role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for our most critical technical roles while stepping up to lead, train, and guide junior recruiters and sourcers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting (Player)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior and niche technical roles (e.g., Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science, SRE, Product Management).
- Develop and execute cutting-edge sourcing strategies to engage passive talent using advanced techniques (e.g., Boolean, GitHub, StackOverflow, X-Ray searching).
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to engineering leaders—providing market intelligence, compensation insights, and strategic guidance on hiring best practices.
