We are looking for a proactive and highly organized HR & Talent Operations Executive to support hiring, freelancer coordination, office administration, and people operations for a fast-growing AI-powered media production company.

This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage recruitment, coordinate freelance talent, maintain operational discipline, and support day-to-day office activities in a creative production environment.
- Key Responsibilities_

Recruitment & Hiring
- Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms
- Coordinate interviews and practical test assignments
- Build and maintain a freelancer talent pool

Freelancer & Talent Coordination
- Coordinate with freelance editors, VJs, voice artists, and creative resources
- Maintain freelancer contact database and availability tracker
- Help organize paid sample tests and onboarding
- Follow up on timelines, deliverables, and revisions

Office & Operations Management
- Handle day-to-day office coordination
- Maintain attendance and basic employee records
- Coordinate studio bookings, meetings,



and schedules
- Assist leadership with operational follow-ups
- Maintain internal documentation and SOPs

Employee & Team Support
- Assist in onboarding new hires and freelancers
- Support team communication and workflow coordination
- Help maintain a positive and organized work environment
- Ensure smooth coordination between production and management teams

Administrative Responsibilities
- Vendor coordination
- Invoice and payment follow-ups (basic level)
- Organizing files, folders, and project documentation
- Managing basic HR/admin processes
- Required Skills_

Core Skills
- Solid communication skills (English + Tamil preferred)
- Good organizational and coordination ability
- Basic understanding of hiring and HR processes
- Ability to multitask and follow up consistently

Preferred Skills
- Experience using hiring platforms like Indeed or LinkedIn
