About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused product leader to shape, scale, and modernize our healthcare payer product portfolio.

This role combines product vision, business ownership, AI-driven innovation, and operational excellence — requiring a leader who can think long-term while delivering measurable business outcomes in the near term.

As Director - Product Management, you will lead strategic product initiatives across healthcare payer workflows while partnering with executive leadership, customers, engineering, architecture, UX, analytics, AI teams, and go-to-market organizations to define the future of our platform.
