We are looking for a highly driven, execution-focused Executive Director who can work closely with the Founder and leadership team to drive the company’s strategic and operational priorities.

This is not a conventional administrative or corporate position. The Executive Director will function as a key leadership partner, converting business vision into measurable outcomes, coordinating execution across departments, solving complex problems, and ensuring accountability throughout the organisation.

- Translate the Founder’s vision and company objectives into actionable business plans.
- Lead the execution of strategic initiatives across departments.
- Define measurable goals, timelines, responsibilities, and expected outcomes.

Organisational Leadership
- Work closely with department heads to maintain alignment with company priorities.
