Position: Counsellor

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and follow up with leads.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing accurate course information.
- Maintain student records and update the CRM/database regularly.
- Meet admission and counselling targets assigned by the management.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for admission-related activities.
- Participate in seminars, career counselling sessions, and promotional events.
- Travel to schools, colleges, educational fairs, and other locations as required for counselling and student outreach.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Prior experience in counselling, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Presentable and confident in interacting with students and parents.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Must be open to travelling as per business requirements.

Salary

₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹12,494.95 - ₹15,000.00 per month
