Job Title: Design & Sales Expert

We are looking for dynamic and client-focused Design & Sales professionals to drive luxury interior sales. The role involves understanding client requirements, presenting design solutions, coordinating with design teams, and closing sales while ensuring a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their interior design requirements.
- Showcase the company portfolio, conduct experience walkthroughs, and present customized design solutions.
- Advise clients on layouts, materials, finishes, and current design trends.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop tailored proposals.
- Prepare and present proposals including cost estimates and project timelines.
- Consistently follow up with leads and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and generate referra

Requirements:




- Experience in luxury sales, preferably in interiors or related industries.
- Design background is mandatory.
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Highly presentable with a client-facing mindset.
- Persistent and goal-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Passion for sales with ownership of targets and numbers.
- High standards of ethics and honesty.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven sales workplace.

Preferred Experience
- Residential or luxury interior design sales
- High-value client handling
- End-to-end sales cycle management

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
