Academics:
- To be responsible for conducting activities in accordance with the designed programme, guidelines and utilize materials, and methods that contribute to a climate where children are actively engaged in a meaningful learning experience.
- To be effectively prepared for each session i.e. read plans, attend workshops and seek clarification, if necessary.
- To be aware of the objectives listed in the planner

Student Administration:
- The teacher should ensure that the child’s growth and achievement is continuous and appropriate for the age group with the active engagement in the learning process.
- Be approachable and treat children fairly and objectively.
- Inculcate discipline in and out of the classroom.
- Treat children with dignity and respect.
- Promote maximum children participation.
- Induct and guide new children.
- Supervise children during breaks, arrival and dispersal points.

Classroom Functioning:
- The teacher should follow qualified practices consistent with KIDS CLUB systems and policies in working with children, records, parents, and colleagues.




- Update the coordinator about any significant episode or incident related to the classroom. (child illness, long absenteeism without intimation)
- Perform daily duties: filling up of all records, check and sign child’s KIDS CLUB handbook.
- Remarks in the KIDS CLUB handbook must be written appropriately and acknowledged by the parents.
- Manage the classroom responsibly i.e. orderly and timely arrangement, appearance, décor. Monitor the physical setup and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the classroom area.

General Administration:
The teacher needs to be familiar with KIDS CLUB Teachers’ Manual and adhere to all the policies of KIDS CLUB.

Attend all meetings convened by the principal, unless prior permission to be absent has been obtained.

Adhere to all the policies in force or introduced from time to time and actively implement the same.

Undergo regular observations and participate in
