Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad (Remote)

Experience: 1- 4 Years

Shift: Night Shift ( 6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST) (US Time Zones)

Working Days : 5 Days working (Monday to Friday)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer discussions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
- Meet recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of US staffing processes, recruitment lifecycle, and IT technologies.
- Experience working with job portals as per job requirement.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.




- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
