Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle complete travel desk operations for Group companies.
- Act as the single point of contact for all travel-related requirements across the Group.
- Manage domestic and international flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa coordination, and transport arrangements.
- Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and vendors for best pricing and timely confirmations.
- Prepare and maintain travel itineraries for employees and management.
- Ensure all travel bookings and arrangements are done as per company policy and approved processes.
- Handle last-minute travel changes, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently.
- Be proactive and responsive on WhatsApp and calls for urgent travel requirements.
- Should be available for handling critical or last-minute bookings beyond office hours whenever required.
- Maintain travel MIS, booking records, invoices, and reimbursement details.
- Coordinate with finance and admin teams for billing and payment processes.




- Support senior management for business travel planning and scheduling.
- Ensure smooth communication and quick resolution of travel-related issues.
- Booking platform operation experience_

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in corporate travel desk or administration.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking portals and travel management processes.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple travel requests simultaneously.
- Professional personality with good interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Travel management: 5 years (required)
- Domestic and International flight booking: 4 years (required)
