Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualified consultations to understand clients' health, fitness, and nutrition goals.
- Recommend suitable fitness, nutrition, and wellness programs based on individual needs.
- Convert qualified leads into enrolled clients through consultative selling.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, video consultations, and follow-ups.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance metrics.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with nutritionists, fitness coaches, and customer success teams for seamless client onboarding.
- Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and best sales practices

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Physiotherapy, Fitness,



Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in online sales within the fitness, health, or wellness industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
