About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for web, mobile app, and software development projects
- Generate leads through platforms such as freelance marketplaces, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with our technical team
- Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the delivery team

Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT business development or project acquisition
- Strong understanding of web development, mobile apps, and software services




- Ability to source projects independently through online platforms or personal networks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Compensation
- Commission-based payment per project
- High commission structure (percentage discussed based on project size and value)
- No earning cap - higher project value means higher commission
