Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Google & Meta Marketing
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize ad campaigns for ROI, lead generation, and conversions.:
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Manage ad budgets and ensure productive spending.

2. Account Management
- Manage multiple brand accounts across Google and Meta platforms.
- Coordinate with clients/teams for campaign objectives and approvals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy discussions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.

3. Content & Post Creation
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts, stories, and reels.:
- Develop creative copies, captions, and hashtags aligned with brand tone.
- Collaborate with designers for visual content (images, videos, GIFs).




- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting.

4. Reporting & Optimization
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign insights and implement improvements.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics Tools.:
- Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.:
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and data-driven thinking.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later for scheduling.
- Basic understanding of video editing or design tools is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
